How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders leave our Texas base within 1 to 3 business days. After that, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only. If you are outside the US, email us at casmarktx@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you if we can help.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, for a change of mind. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return postage and either replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
How do I start a return?
Email casmarktx@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with instructions and the return address in Flower Mound, Texas.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Exchanges work under the same terms as returns: within 30 days, unworn, unwashed, original packaging. Mention it in your email and we will sort it out.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. Sale and discounted items can be returned or exchanged on exactly the same terms as full-price items.
What size socks should I order?
As a general guide our women's socks fit US shoe sizes 5-10 and our men's socks fit US shoe sizes 8-11.5, unless the product page says otherwise. Each product page lists its own size range, so check there first. Our sock size guide sets out what each label means.
What are your socks made of?
It varies by style. Most are cotton blends or bamboo rayon. The exact fabric content for each item is listed on its product page under Materials & care.
Which of your socks are made in the USA?
Our slouch socks, knee-high socks, diabetic socks and bamboo socks carry Made in USA labeling. Other styles do not, so if it matters to you, check the product page before ordering.

Yes, 10% off your first order. Sign up with your email on the site and we send you the code.
